Climate :The tropical and coastal areas are hot and humid. The northwestern highlands are cool and temperate.
The best time for travelling is between June and October, outside of the rainy season, but travel from December to end of February is also good with many young animals being born in February . After short November rains, the plantation is very lush and green and so the parks are very pretty during December-February with less people in the parks. It will be the African summer, the season of the beautiful reddening sunsets, the alive animal rich savanna, the warm and sunny beaches.
Formalities :Most nationalities require a visa, including the U.K., USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and European countries. You can obtain a visa at the Tanzanian Embassy. It can also be issued upon arrival into the territory, at Dar es-Salaam, Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar airports.
